About the event
The Pilates Sequence – Saturdays 10–11am
A unique 6-week journey through a choreographed Pilates sequence designed to strengthen, stretch, correct, and align your whole body.
Each week we’ll build on the previous one, layer by layer, so that by the end of the block you’ll not only feel stronger and more connected, you’ll also have mastered a full sequence you can practice on your own.
Classes are kept small, giving space for individual corrections and adaptations, making the practice accessible to all levels, even if you’re brand new to Pilates.
Every 6 weeks a brand new sequence is introduced, keeping your practice fresh, challenging, and inspiring.
Weekly attendance is recommended to learn the full sequence, but you can also enjoy a one-off class if that suits you.
