Monday 18/05 Tired after a long week and busy weekend. A new member on Monday morning so I go slower and steadier through the movements. I'm home late and have admin to do once home... Class tonight is quieter, it is getting into holiday season but I have my regulars attend and I do a challenging class with some nice variations which I'm happy with. Weekly Reflections
Monday 11/05 Busy day. The whole day feels rushed, not unusual for a Monday. Sale class numbers have slightly dropped since Jan/Feb, I wish I was better at marketing my sessions.. I've got a busy week ahead with visitors, work and study. . I’ve got a Homeopathy case I need to get stuck into, but I’m also really in need of looking at my cues for certain Pilates movements. Sunday 3rd may I'm running later than I’d like today, I can't get used to these earlier starts now I've moved. I get a taxi in. I loved this class, even though I get no feedback today. I’ve realized that sometimes I’m 'in the zone' and sometimes I’m not, but my internal feeling rarely seems to reflect the experience of the group. Sunday 26th April: 6am, wake up and get ready…I love this class and it’s a really packed one today with a handful of new people, so I’m nervous…. I arrive at the Whitworth at 8:30am. Great, I have a good half hour to settle in and gather my thoughts. A class of 29, five new people, and the others all regulars. I’ll never stop feeling nervous about teaching.
