Cordelia trained in Ballet from the age of seven and holds a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance and a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates. Aside from teaching Pilates she has taught and choreographed for Contemporary Dance productions and Theatre productions in the UK and abroad. Cordelia has practised Pilates for more than ten years and it has helped her to develop physical and mental resilience. Cordelia believes Pilates can help everyone at every level of fitness and has seen how Pilates can transform the mind and body in amazing ways through regular practise. Cordelia is passionate about making Pilates part of day to day life through delivering group and private sessions in person and online. Her mission is to help make Pilates accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
